Railjack Tactics Menu Doesn't Open/Hotkey MIA?

As seen in the patch notes. the default hotkey for opening up the menu while aboard the Railjack is L. My Control scheme had L used as Quick Progress View (And Tab was used for View Mission Progress. P was unbound completely). Once, I got the menu open, but it immediately closed and was replaced with View Mission Progress screen (The real one, not the quick one) and has since become inoperable since. L does nothing. As said in another string, it's missing from the control scheme entirely. Setting all keys to Defaults does not work either.

Two ranks into Tactics and I can't use it. sad face.
