Friend automatically removed from squad

So my friend and I have been trying to figure this out for days now.

 

I invite him to a squad and he accepts it. He's able to join then about 10-15 seconds later he is removed from the group.

Another person tried to add him to a squad, same thing.

He's not able to invite us at all either.

So far he's checked his router, made sure the correct ports are opened. He's reinstalled the game.

He also factory reset his router and updated the firmware.

He's getting frustrated and I'm not sure what I can do to help get this working.

Any information would be appreciated.
