Frame can't move (basically just broken) on trido hunt

so i'm doing a 4x3 with a couple of random and got to hydrolis, when he's doing his animation for stomping i got caught with his wave, after that my frame is basically f*cked.. can't move, stuck in a weird animation but still can cast my ability
