In archwing, Velocitus and Corvas, get no such treatment, adding fire rate only means that you can spam its lesser, uncharged attack at a higher frequency. Non-ground velocitus actually benefits massively from fire rate because it influences its part charged/rapid fire use (which on ground is unusable not just because the velocitus is the only AW gun that got nerfed with the transfer to ground, but also because it naturally doesnt fit with ground AW being ammo capped).
