You could click "Buy Plat" in the market, then navigate to the founders page with the Overlay.

can u tell me how please i installed warframe through the website not steam so its not connected to steam . when i click to buy founders it doesent give me the option to buy using steam

There may still be some issues with buying things with steam if you did not sign up for warframe through steam. If you signed up through steam, then it's no problem. If not, there may be some issues. I can no idea if it would work, but perhaps playing through steam may let you get to the steam payment options?

ok ima try downloading the game threw steam and then buying it trough the over lay i will return !
