(PSN)Pummelegance Posted December 16, 2019 Share Posted December 16, 2019 Cephalon Cy, the new railjack buddy with the exceptional voice, uses transmission volume for dialogue, but isn't coming through my controller even with the option for transmissions from controller toggled on. Pretty much everyone else like Ordis and the Lotus and Syndicate faces are transmitting through the controller.
