Cetus bounties rewards bugged

I received an augur secrets for the first time from Cetus bounties. When I go to equip it though, I find that there is no augur secrets in my mod inventory. I exited and restarted the game but it was still missing. My squadmate who was in the mission with me (I can provide his gamertag if need be, he has given me permission) received the mod but I did not. I did receive the standing, the furax wraith right gauntlet and everything else from the series of bounties we did, to the best of my knowledge nothing else is missing. I have been trying to get that mod for a while now would be nice to actually use it now that I got it.

I got another one and this one went to the mod inventory properly.
