Playing during hotfix launch doesn't let you extract to drydock from railjack

Just started playing for the day and the 3 minute countdown to hotfix alert happens in the middle of a mission, and when the new update was out I was just done with the mission, but it didn't let me extract to drydock, so I lost all those resources. Please fix this, normal missions still let you extract. I had to abort my entire railjack mission and lose out on the rewards bc the hotfix timer caught me with my pants down. If this isn't fixable, at least have more than a 3 minute cooldown, please.

This issue is the same as mine, currently stuck and cannot go back to drydock.
