as the title states i was a few dilc short of a grid upgrade so i scraped what i thought was spare copies of my mods i selected all but one  form each pile i had multiple of  and LOST ALL MY GOOD ONES the ones that  you can rank up multiple times so if possible please at least make it give a warning that these mods are equipped or dont let them be scapable if equipped

I've said this many times before, but I agree. Currently equipped Avionics NEED to be marked in some way and separate from Avionics collections in the Scrap UI. I'd go one further and say that currently equipped Avionics SHOULD NOT BE SHOWN in the Scrap UI in the first place. If you want to scrap an equipped Avionics piece, you have to unequip it first, from all Builds if need be (if we ever get access to multiple Avionics/Railjack builds). It's what Vermintide does. If an item is equipped on any Career of any Hero, it doesn't show up for scrapping. Yes, it can be annoying tracking down where you have it equipped, but I'd rather make it harder to get rid of equipped Avionics when you mean to than too easy when you didn't mean to.

Incidentally, the same applies to the Mods console in the Orbiter, as well. While equipped mods Are denoted there, this only applies to mods equipped to the current build you're using and there's no way to filter them out, or filter for just them. This makes upgrading mods through that console a pain in the ass. The only real way to upgrade mods is to go through the Upgrade screen of an item and hit "Mods" from there, which sends you to a version of the Mods console with an extra tab filtering for JUST mods equipped on THIS specific weapon. We need an option for that on the Avionics screen, as well. If I hit "upgrade," pull up my Avionics inventory with an extra tabs containing JUST the Avionics I currently have equipped.

This is basic UI stuff which should have been in place to begin with.

The mod designs and UI is terrible. They should've made them look like regular mods and displayed them like a regular mod station. Also, having different houses with the same type of mods was a mistake. Why not have one house that specialises in armour/health/damage be the house that supplies that mod instead of every house having their own, weaker version?

This for sure. I just scrapped 2 decent mods I was using. Checked the numbers and was sure they were the low ones but when I exited the screen I only have my crap ones left and rage quit. Don't show equipped mods or at least display usage. The system is overly complicated as it is.
