Payment For Plat Took The Whole Life?

hello guys, i just purchased plat from ultimate pay via paypal. I got the email from paypal for succeed payment. I have wait for 3 hours for my plat but still got nothing. I posted some request on the billing section and still no reply no plat. Anyone know how to contact those operators? or i should wait for whole of my life?

You could do other things while you wait. There are so many things out there to do, rather than sit in front of your computer and complaining.
