Eidolon get killed instead of captured

Since the Empyrean update was released eidolons aren't working correctly

1) Upon the last phase of capturing Gantulyst or Hydrolyst, with confirmed 3 charged lures, the eidolon gets killed instead of captured. Lures are within 30m radius at the time it occurred. This has happened more than four times so far. Doesn't always occur but happens about once every 4 runs

2) Had an instance when shooting off the last limb of the Gantulyst in which the shards and arcane instantly spawned. The Gantulyst then did the last animation that we would normally wait before shooting the head to capture but it disappeared as it was standing up and counted as a kill.
