Particle and Ballistic status symbols appear to be swapped

Particle procs do not seem to increase damage taken by enemies, while ballistic procs do. This is incorrect according to the Empyrean release notes, which state that particle procs should increase damage, while ballistic procs reduce damage done by enemies and hinders their aim. This can be easily tested using a Corvas and Fluctus. Corvas shots proc particle, but their damage doesn't increase, while Fluctus shots (usually) proc ballistic, but shot damage increases as number of procs goes up.
