Can we actually get a full breakdown of the damage types, if we actually deal damage combinations like radiation or if the elemental combinations dont matter and only the single element procs matter? 

Can we actually lower the ammount of resources needed to repair the parts ESPECIALLY titanium?

Can we get a toggle for the 90° vertical lock in archwing? The new controls are very nice but I miss looping and spiraling around enemies.

While you're at it, could you remap blink to the right stick button, unless you plan on enabling melee in archwing sometime soon. Mapping up/down to the stick buttons and afterburners to the jump button could also work. There's just too many functions on the left bumper right now.

 

Finally, when will we be able to shove our converted lich into the Helmuth chair and turn them into our own custom Umbras?

Now that our Dojo is more important than ever, will there be some option to rebuild it from scratch? Now there is a lot of limitation on which room must be placed (and thus cannot be removed until all other rooms are removed) first and with Dry dock it would be nice to rearange rooms without those limitations...

3rd spider on Fortuna? When?

Will empyrean be possible to play solo in the future?

Why sentinels dont work in archwing mode? Helios scans would be very usefull in Empyrean... 

Any plans on making lich kills more rewarding? If kuva weapons need 5 forma to max why not to make liches drop atleast forma bp (or something like that) after kill 

Why use scanner to pick flowers (to crerate apothic)? It should be the same way as in PoE where you shoot it and pick up (please please please) 

With option "Hide owned" there should be also an option to "Hide crafted" in nightwave rewards...

How long is empyrean still this buggy? I cant join another squad most of the time and solo it is nearly impossible for me.

I know you are probably looking at the massive uptick in amesha users and reaching for the nerf bat. But please consider, it is simply that these archwings are baseline unsuitable for this game mode. Half the enemies can more or less kill you in under a second, it's an absurd TTK .Even with amesha when your drones run out if its mid a stream of crewship fire you are basically dead before you can recast.    You cant buff these archwings defensive ability, because that rolls into old archwing missions and POE/ Fortuna. 

I beseech you , consider an alternative. 

We know you have modular railjacks in the works. Please consider drawing a line between the old archwings and the new modular ones. The old were early war, and designed for atmospheric insertion and atmospheric manoeuvrability and engaging ground targets. Pitch the new archwings as late war, deep space specialised dogfighting units , that traded atmospheric entry for radical uparmoring/ shielding, with flares/chaff as a standard power across the board as blink now is on current archwings.  Ideally have regenerating hull and shields like an archwing, given unlike old archwing missions you are often working alone out there or wildly separated because of objectives, taking care of railjack, taking out fighters etc. 

With them designed specifically for deep space work only, you can play with idea of synergistic powers with the railjack geared around tactical dogfighting.  Like the ability to paint a target for the forward arty to allow a railjack to lock a shot on a target normally outside range.  Or project a holographic decoy railjack around your fighter, and transform damage to it to shields on your railjack.  Or ignite the engine trail of the railjack to leave a stream of searing damage trail behind it for a period. Or project a holographic decoy of your railjack around an enemy to focus the enemy in x range to attack them. 

 

So i guess what my question is, is when are modular archwings coming, and will they be geared toward the much more serious dogfighting of railjack/ be split off from ground attack archwings.

The ammo regeneration of Archguns is bugged(I hope so, but so far no fix for such critical problem?), taking an insane amount of time to refill the clip, making only cyngas a viable option on high level missions since its clip is small, this is intended?

  • I was a little disappointed to find out that grineer galleons in railjack are just static objects that dont do anything, when i was hoping they'd function as a kind of boss ship. Are there any plans to make huge ships like galleons do things other than just be scenery?
  • Will Fomorians appear in future railjack missions? If so, will they function differently than they do in the archwing mission?
  • Many archguns dont work too well in railjack, especially grattler (very short range), corvas (short range), fluctus (slow projectiles), ayanga (slow projectiles) and velocitus (slow projectiles, even when fully charged). Are there plans to make them work better in railjack?
  • Other than Amesha, which works great, archwings arent very good in railjack. Elytron is especially useless due to its abilities being too slow to hit enemies in railjack missions and also very weak against enemies in all mission types, a problem it has had for a long time. Odonata has similar problems. Are there plans to improve the archwings to be more useful in railjack?

More cosmetic customization for the Railjack?
Can we expect, in the future, to be able to place stuff like noggles or posters in the railjack? Could the "radio" from orbiter be added to the railjack so that you can listen to it's music while you fly? Could we maybe choose where we put the name and glyph on the railjack - the space for the name is very different in size for different skins.

Cy sounds cool, but... Can we get to choose our combat cephalon? I would gladly pay lots of platinum to have the option to choose different voice sets for our railjack cephalon - check how titanfall allows you to choose your titan's voice and there are different themes! 


Would it be possible to access the store and/or foundry in the dojo (or even better, in the railjack) so that we don't have to disband the squad just because we want to craft more ciphers or want to buy a booster or repair drone. Maybe during the first 30 seconds of a mission or something if having a store open constantly is prone to exploits/abuse.

Rolling Guard says on the wiki that it works while in archwing. Is this a bug or a feature and is it/will it be changed?

Thanks for making Railjack!

I have few questions:

  1. You introduced new damage types in RJ. It is somewhat obvious what original damage types are converted to, (e.g Incendiary is Heat, Ionic is Electricity, etc). Now, what happens when we combine primary elemental damage to make secondary ones (like heat and electricity to make radiation)? Since there is no equivalent to radiation in RJ, will it:
    • keep them separate and proc both Incendiary and Ionic,
    • not proc any status effect but will still damage enemies, or
    • neither cause damage nor proc status effects, thus being a waste of mod slots?
  2. Will you make enemies that enter the RJ visible on the mini-map without the need for "Enemy Radar" mods? Since they are inside the ship, Cy should be able to show us where they are. Of course, enemies outside the railjack (in crewships and galleons)  will still require radar mods to see them on the mini-map.
  3. You released awesome changes in melee 3.0 and buffed the critical chance mods. Any plans to do the same for archwing melee mods?
  4. Archwings are too weak in RJ missions. Can you please give us better archwing mods? 150% extra health from "Enhanced Durability" and +90% armor from "Argon Plating" are barely helping. Maybe buff them up or release primed versions?

Like making the railjack archwing avionics have a realistic usable range, this 50m is not realistically usable 5000m yes but 50 no not worth giving up any ship buffs to use these when their range is basically ship don't move and everyone hug the hull to get your buffs.

any plans on having the kuva larvlings spawn with the weapon it will have as a litch to make it easier to know what your gonna get before creating a litch?

Question for the marketing department:

I'm wondering if you've got any comment on the future of Twitch cosmetics. The fact that they're locked away unless you spend a years worth of subscription money doesn't sit right with me and a lot of the friends I play with. Will there be a different way to obtain these through platinum or DE specific bundles in the future?

Questions:

1) Are there plans to do anything about Archmelee? It is currently obscenely useless. I mean likely completely, utterly, absolutely useless. Like "sunscreen in Glasgow" level useless. Its a shame. They are beautiful weapons. But so useless.

2) Are there any plans to make old resources useful in Empyrean? Hexenon, which is described as fuel and is need for a handful of weapons and a frame, Detonite/Fieldron samples, which accumulate in thousands and are useless besides clan research, etc? The samples at least could be used as alternative materials for Payload, when replenishing in Drydock.

3) Any news for Archwings? Elytron is currently useless (its damage is only relevant in first couple Railjack missions, its smoke trail doesn't work against Railjack enemies, etc), Itzal and Odonata are very weak, Amesha's 4 is quickly overloaded.

4) Lore question: Does Ordis feel threatened by Cy? Considering they are both ship cephalons, but Cy is a badass combat one, with awesome voice, and Tenno spend a lot of time with Cy lately...

5) Have you thought about adding Mining veins to asteroids? Could be a nice source of Pustrels/Copernics to replenish between missions without going to Drydock.

6) We now have a second spaceship, this one with an actual command console... when will we be able to buy that shiny hangy thing that Nakak has been advertising for YEARS, that "would catch starlight beautifully hanging above command console"? I mean, c'mon, you have the model already, those things hang at one of Cetus stalls!

7) Could you let us attach Ephemeras to Railjacks? Imagine Vengeful Trickster Ephemera on a Railjack... beautiful!
