The same reasons why the basic electricity archgun mod has a .02 percent drop chance (10% per every B wave if you want to slog through interception). AKA bad awful terrible reasons. CarstairsTV Posted December 18, 2019 Share Posted December 18, 2019 (edited) Well it won't be the only place, since Planes of Duviri will likely require extensive Archwing use, due to it having modular Archwings as it's modular shtick. EDIT: Also, this isn't even close to all of Empyrean, which I don't think people understand. Just relax and play the game. It'll be expanded and improved upon in the other phases. It is strange that DE removed all weapon parts from the archwing mission rewards (and moved them to syndicates), but still hasn't provided an alternative method to acquire the archwing/gun/melee mods. I hated having to grind standing to get Archgun/Melee parts.
