Larkspur ground mode undocumented nerf.

Im considering weapon breaking stealthnerfs that have been stated to specificaly not haven taken place "bugs" athough the devs cleary activly added this.

The larkspurs charge fire now has a explosion timer similar to the corinth, wich is ruins its primary use of sniping far of enemy groups and makes ivara unable to control it wich is most definetly a STRONG nerf. This needs to be reverted.

Would be nice of DE for once aknowledge any of this and not just sit it out until peole give up like they did with stealth and the zenistar.
