Daily Reward Not Showing On My Account

so today i won a 50% discount on warframe next platinum purchase and when i was about to click on the " take the reward" button my game froze,i had to alt + f4 to close it and now i dont have my reward i alread tried to log in and log out 3 times,already checked on the website on the buy platinum page and nothing,not even 1 dime of discount has been given,how can i get it back?
