Block Ancient Disruptors Disruption

I would like a mod for this now please. 
It should be something like... 

D polarity.

Rare - 20% - 6 points
Rare 1 - 40% - 7 points
Rare 2 - 60% - 8 points
Rare 3 - 80% - 9 points

Or something like that :I Atleast that mod would come in really handy unlike certain other mods *cough* intruder *cough*

1. Move out of the way. Stay mobile. Use guns. Treat them like Toxics - don't get close.

2. I believe the block function does this.

3. It'd be cool if they drained 25% of your current energy and all your shields rather than everything.

cant you really use ur fingers to dodge/move away from them? you need a mod ?
