Speedframe: again, can you change how dispatch overdrive works?

By letting it activate the buff on heavy attack activation and not necessarily heavy attack hit 

This minor adjustment won't hurt anyone 🙂

I'd love it if it worked on Heavy Attacks -and- Finishers.

Or a new mod with the Finisher effect.  But I don't think the combination is too much.

It does work on heavy attack...HIT

you have to HIT an enemy with a heavy attack to work

I just want it to proc when i do a random heavy attack in the air, you know?....call it performing a heavy attack

 

That would help speed runners a bunch!
