Permanent Defy Visuals

I was doing a Kuva Lich mission with Wukong Prime and I ended up getting the Defy effect on me permanently. It didn't play the Defy sound effect and I wasn't getting the actual ability effect, it was just the visual clouds + energy colour circle + energy effect on Warframe.

 

I'm not certain, but I think it was caused when I used Defy to protect against the Lich's grab move. Defy ended slightly before the grab animation did and this was the first time I noticed that the Defy visuals didn't expire when the ability did however, there is a chance that it happened before and I just didn't notice it.
