Survival mission - enemies dying for no reason

I'm trying to unveil a riven mod and I have to survive a lvl 30 or higher survival mission. I'm not attacking any enemies and I'm standing in a place where they cannot attack me, yet an enemy dies within 2 mins of the mission. Has anyone got any idea of why this might be and anything I can do to stop this?

Do you have a saryn?

 

Ok ok. Is it your companion that's killing enemies, since that's entirely possible.

As suggested, Companions are quite possible.
Radiation, if you're using it for CC..
Explosive containers or Volatile Runners.
Bullet Jumping or dive kicking enemies will also do it.

Also check you operator void dash buffs. E.g. zenurik void dash can also produce electricity damage; failed a few riven challenges by destroying security cameras with this.
