Also do not submit a new ticket on same subject, or you'll be waiting even longer. ^{it slows down the process.}

while the devs might be on holidays, this doesn't mean support is too. the problem is they have most likely a lot of work and not enough people, like usual. it took support 2days to reply to my ticket, so i can confirm they are still working.
