Cannot Go to Saturn Proxima

I have played all the nodes on the Earth Proxima a few times each just thinking i missed one. All the icons next to the node are the light blueish diamond icon showing completion and also i have level 3 on all 4 categories and up. I have met all requirements to unlock Saturn Proxima but i am still unable to go there.

As in, no mission nodes are available / you get an error message when you click on one?

Or, is the problem with accessing the Proxima itself? Because in that case, just click around the name a bunch, it can be a bit finicky 😛
