[Railjack] Screen going black after getting ejected from the crewship (Spoilers)

So I have just encountered a bug that led me to have a black screen and not having a menu. 

This is how it happened:

I slingshotted myself into a crewship, which went well, then seeing how I don't have enough energy to get Iron Skin on, I instantly (after entry animation) go into the operator mode to get some energy. Jumping into the room with the reactor, pressing 5 to return to the warframe - I got ejected into space right behind the crewship. Without thinking much about it I try to board it again. After that, my screen went completely black. I was aboard the ship, but couldn't see a thing. My first instinct was to recall to railjack, which did not fix the issue. I was aboard railjack but with black screen. I typed in /unstuck hoping it will do anything - got no result. At this point I thought to leave the game but I couldn't manage that - when I press escape, only teammates come on screen, no buttons at all.
