Better Properties for sigils and the likes.

I kind of wish you could go lower with some of the Sigils because some of the attachments and other items hide them ,kind of like this (The spoiler is the same image was trying to figure out.).

I feel like all of them need to have just a little more range on how you move them. this is just what I think I hope its something that gets looked at.
