Issues have progressed from not logging in 2 not connecting 2 anything

What started on monday as login issue has now progressed 2 can't connect pls update issue.

Already tried everything from clearing files to reinstalling n even changing my Port setting.

Nothing works.

Might just be your internet connection or service provider.

There are certain restrictions on networks like college campuses for example that can conflict.
I can't know for sure, and I'm not an expert on the subject, else I'd help if I could.

Search around for similar PSN connection errors in the forums, along with putting in a support ticket.
Between those, there's almost certainly a solution or at least an answer.

Tried everything still the connection issue persists, same thing happened last year.
