Not getting railjack rewards in anomaly mission (including shedu parts)

Hello everyone,

Everythnig is in the title. I have done a run with some guys and I did get my rewards including some shedu parts. SPOILER I had unlocked the erra quest though so I got the shedu BP but my loot of that previous mission is gone. How can I get it back ?
