Why does my machete slashes do more than my zaw slashes?

My zaw has more slash, more damage, more CC but the slashes from the zaw do less and so does the direct damage from heavy attacks. I was looking directly at the numbers and so does the direct damage from the heavy attack. Same results both modded and unmodded. From what I read unranked or maxed doesn't affect the damage from weapons or does it?

It does for stealth attacks, i.e. when attacking unalerted enemies.

https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Stealth

Stealth Damage Bonus = 1 + 0.2 × Weapon Rank

The screenshot is from the Simulacrum, so were you testing the damage on enemies with paused AI?

Because that will make them susceptible to stealth damage multipliers.

😉Because machetes deserved a serious come-up.

Wanting to check,..
it wouldn't have anything to do with stance, would it?
If neither (zaw/machete) had on stance, or both had on stance, then we can rule that out.
Machete stances each have some hidden slash damage within the combos.
You may have accounted for this already, but I figured I'd mention just in case.

Empty build also it was to do with the level of the weapons and levels affecting stealth multipliers.
