Railjack - mission failed after returning to a dry dock

I discovered a painful bug, which happened to many times with me, after finishing a mission and going back, I've received "Mission Failed" message several times. Last mission I finally got Zetki [Hull Weave], but when I returned to my dojo after finishing mission, I noticed that mission has been failed somehow. I got only some credits and intrinsicts, I thought that this is just a visual bug, but all my loot were gone. This is a very painful bug, please fix it because it's to frustrating. . 🤬
