Unable to view linked mod cards in chat

Since the release of U26, I've been unable to view any mod cards linked in chat. They're all cut off about halfway down the card. Some just above the top line of text, some only showing just the top line of text. This makes it impossible to view stats or most text on any and all mod cards. I had been waiting for the bug fix to come around but I seem to be one of the very few people to be currently experiencing this problem. I've tried changing display settings, resolution settings, fullscreen to windowed, vice versa, etc. Nothing has solved the problem.
