Trading any mod brings up the error message "This mod is currently attached".

Example: 

I do own the Panthera. Yet when I try to trade the mod Disarming Purity is still brings up this error message.

 

It shows the error message for every single mod I try to trade.

I mean what the hell is up with trading atm?
"Invitation cannot be sent, player is offline" (while messaging them)
Relog
Invite them to Dojo... They spawn in the Drydock as opposed to the designated trading room.
Try to trade and you get multiple messages about the mod being attached to an item it's not.

I sell faction mods and this comes up each and every time. I mean these mods aren't even installed to anything! Maybe game's script recognizes that I have the same mod (full rank) equipped to, let's say Ivara, and when I sell the same (duplicate) mod, it tells me that it's currently installed? IDK that's my guess.

Them spawning in the Railjack is also annoying as heck. I don't think they can receive trade requests in there too, they have to exit it first.

Yea its saying every mod traded is attached even when they are not, not an isolated incident also the trade invite function is having trouble communicating with servers it seems.
