Random dying when jumping into Archwing on PoE/Orb Vallis

On some occasions while in orb vallis or PoE, when i try to jump into archwing mode, the flip actually results on my warframe slightly falling through scenery then dying. Do it again and its ok. Only noticed this the last few months ive played and like i said, it happens randomly ( standing on flat ground or on a hillslope i can jump into archwing mode from)

Anyone else had this as well?
