Prevent the mouse cursor from moving while turning the camera

Currently, if you close a menu, turn the camera a bit, and open the menu again, the mouse position in the menu will have changed in accordance to your mouse movement when turning the camera. Ideally it would stay in the spot it was when you closed the menu.

 

Side Note: There are some mouse-enabled modes (navigation and console hacking are what come to mind) that reset the mouse position whenever they are opened. While this works well for navigation since it positions it at the center of the screen, hacking still puts it in the top-left corner.
