Loadout Capacity Bug

I've noticed recently that when trying to upgrade mods equipped to my current warframe I've been getting an erroneous exceed mod capacity message for the frame in question.
The mod only exists in the one loadout, and doesn't belong in any other frame(I know because I tested it with a mod I've never touched before, flame repellant). 
I believe the issue is that another one of my loadouts for my current frame has zero points left. And even though it doesn't contain the mod I'm upgrading in question, the UI is still acting like it does.

Has anyone else noticed this?

i have and i agree that this should be looked upon by the Devs so that doesnt happen
