Trading Railjack Salvage, also Vidar engine mkIII farm

So I was wondering if it was possible to trade railjack salvage (or wreckage, or whatever it is called). It didn't seem like it in game but I wanted to ask here just in case I needed a special room or something (like the liches). 

Also I have been having the wort luck farming vidar mkIII engines. Any tips for farming spots?

Wreckage cannot be traded.

 

People seem to suggest that Gian Point is a good place to go for farming things. Not sure if it will work for the bit you need as I haven’t tried it.

Same chance to get them everywhere in the Veil. People recommend Gian Point because it can usually be completed the fastest since you're only fighting ships. No other objectives in there.
