Why not many willing to run Loki on Plague?

When recruiting in chat no one is willing run Loki, "H Plague 3/4 LF Loki" - No one replies... "H Plague 3/4" - everyone replies! lol Then you ask them to run Loki and they either say "Nope, Dont Have. Cannot" When you check their frames built they do have Loki. lol Just because they want to do less they wont budge. Im usually the one who has to run Loki. Even so players are not willing to grab containers or even follow drone to have it move while Loki is getting into position. Even when you ask polity "please". They say its your job to move the drone and just sit by Hemo. Please if you're running a team be a part of the team please. If not solo mode always works also. "I already know some will say why don't you just go solo than?" lol

because Loki doesn't have any semi-AFK level crutch Abilities, so the bhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad can't use Loki.

Why do you need Loki? I get so confused in chat for the undermoded meta. I’m in the take what ever you want because it makes no time difference to me category.

Unless some farm thing around Loki let’s you get more reward and I don’t know about it?

to Switch Teleport the incredibly slow Drone phase, where you don't even have anything to do at all, you just hold W for a while.

the Decoy is also good for clustering up the Infested so you can progress between Hemocytes faster.

in short of it if u have amesha for slowdown + pyrana prime prisma grakatas or any fast fire rate weapon with high enough crit ur pretty much have everything u need to solo it
u can just go with randoms and have same run time as with pre made squad so whats the point in wasting time to find a group when random one do just fine?

if any1 wonder loki switch teleport to make drone escort part faster

There is a difference if you are aiming at a speed run and are trying get as much Forma as possible before event runs out in a few hours from this message. lol Going from 7mins to 12-14mins means you can possible do two runs that take others one run.  Also solo means I would need 4x the resources  to make the mixtures. Only possible 2 runs with max 3000 credit standing  per run versus 10/10 mixture runs, not waisting the time to continue in loading screen

I was pretty annoyed of the free riders i faced while doing this event as they just go afk and do nothing they don't even contribute with the eidilon things or anything 
they just stand there . So what i did is i took my fulmin and increased it's fire rate with enough crit damage and picked loki with good duration and good range and solo ran this event 5 times and it was fairly easy . What i'm trying to say is you should just do it solo or if you like to help others even douchebags that just go afk then don't mind what they do just try to do the mission as if your solo and if anyone tried to contribute then you are lucky

It's because that role is a lot of work i suppose.

I play nova in the same role. For portals to teleport the drone. I had played loki, the first two plague stars.

Nova is a little bit more relaxed if not a little less reliable for tp (even loki's tp can do the opposite of whats intended, from time to time so loki is more frustrating too)


loki/nova gameplay in this role of PS is very demanding and people who just dont want to hardcore speedfarm are not interested in it, that is all.

I've noticed that this PS, we have less hardcore farmers (myself included.) probably because burnt out be speedrunning it lol. and many more afk/chill farmers just grabbing whatever forma they can get.

So, it is indeed hard to find targeted meta farm squads these days, it's not just you.

1 - not to advertise my self too much but on end of this reply i gonna put link to my loki build and below mod setup is guide how to use it with builds for amesha and pyrana prime and titania if u care to have 1 extra guy with her and with that each of my run with RANDOM SQUAD (i just go to konzu select bounties > plague start and go into POE getting random ppl) i end up in runs of 10 mins i dont believe that extra 3 mins r worth anything for any1 like too much effort u need to put in for not enough reward u will get in return since in most cases u waste more time looking for perfect squad
2 - how many runs can u do try hard before u are burn out? did u try? well i did for me its like 1 or 2 days then im into random squads and not give a F*** about time
3 - from 8 runs out of 10 i dont need to put any toxins into mixer not that im too lazy i just forget i always check if there is need to put them when lotus says mixer needs more time around when 45secs left and only in 2 cases out of that 10 more or less i need to contribute my toxins while in 1 run out of 20-30 i am the only contributor
4 - u need like +/- 50 formas then if u just keep on crafting 1 forma from forma bp from relics u never gonna need to worry about formas ever again
5 - what u wrote answers question why ppl should go to pre-made squad and as for what we are arguing here about what i just wrote answers question why ppl dont want to go to pre-made squad with loki since like i mention earlier they get pretty much same result going with randoms while playing casually and still getting fun out of it instead of going full try hard
6 - no there is nothing wrong in ur method while mine isnt better there are just different types of ppl here prioritizing different gameplay styles and lets consider ppl well prepared/equipped that dont give 2 F**** about best results since they got pretty much most or everything they could want so they go there just to have fun and get some stuff on the way

u can do this build with pretty much regular loki without any forma since there are like 4 mods that r not mandatory 
build for titania is with 0 formas and build for dex pixia can be done without formas like i mention in the guide
so in the end this is lowest effort u can get while getting enough out of plague star

cant confirm. i would run loki and didnt know players needed him so much.

i dont play much big maps. so i didnt know drone is bugged so often or loki can help move it faster...

so why dont you play loki all the time if he is so good here??? dont cry. just do it and help players with information. information is very rare in this game.

loki is one of the team arrangment that reduces mission time to 11+-1min

however recruit noob lvl player wont change much

Daily reminder that most people aren't bothered that they lose few seconds due to not using some l33t tactics.

Even in "hardcore games", casual playerbase is always the larger part.

It's cool if you wanna optimize, I guess, but don't expect to find many with similar mindset, especially considering warframe isn't even known to be very "hardcore".

omg that is so embarrassing. the drone phase takes like 2 minutes. i can understand people using Loki to make it faster, but demanding it in LFG? that’s pretty sad.

I prefer Nova over Loki. My philosophy is that the time saved by Loki in the drone stage is less than the time saved by Nova in the first and last stages.
