All chats not working/connecting

So it's been about 3 days now and it hasn't been fixed so that's why I'm filling this out. Whenever I login and look to chat box, it will show a loading symbol until it says "Failed to connect." this process with the loading symbol gets repeated over and over again until it literally blocks my vision I've tried hard resetting my Xbox, I've switched my regions to Europe and back to NA, I've removed my Ethernet and unplugged the power cord for 10 seconds, and lastly I obviously have quit the game and opened it back up. And no it's not a IPv6 problem because I checked the network compatibility and it told me my network can run it. Any help DE?
