Excalibur Stats Wrong

Hi Tenno I have a lvl 27 Excalibur (after a mode and orokin reactor upgrade). 

My base stats with no mods are 280 shield, 280 life, 50 armour, if we add   +280% shield from Redirection and +240% life from vitality we should have a total of: 1064 shield, 952 life, 50 armour.

 

For some reason my shield is 580, my life 520 and more then half of the time my armour is 25.

It seams that my life and shield are always calculated from Excalibur lvl1 stats, even when i had my Excalibur at lvl 30 i had the same experience.

Redirection and Vitality goes off of BASE stats, aka the stats you have when you are unranked.

Therefore, +280% would use Excalibur's base 100 stats to add an extra 280.

It seams that my life and shield are always calculated from Excalibur lvl1 stats...

 

 

That's the answer to the issue.
