Game freezes in orbiter

I've had this happen a few times before, but only after starting to play in Fullscreen was it pressing. Guessing about four times in total since starting to play in late November, I've had the sounds in my orbiter all stop while in my armory. It's a bit hard to notice sometimes, but after that happens, things like the icons in the Foundry don't show up, and every time I proceed to a new screen (beyond interacting with things in the orbiter) after that, the game freezes completely. Windowed mode, I could just close the window, but in fullscreen, I am unable to minimize it or view other windows(such as the task manager) and had to restart my computer, and then a hard restart before it was gone.

Same exact thing has been happening to me word by word. Hope there is an answer to this soon.
