Weird Avionics bug

Just after the PS4 hot fix came, I was in a Railjack mission and finished it and got a Tether Avionics. So i was feeling rather good about myself. It was a few hours later, when I noticed it was missing. At first I thought it was because I had not gone back to the orbiter and simply left the game to restart it.

But a good classmate gave me a spare tether upon hearing that mine vanished. Trade went through and everything and I went to put in said avionics immediately. This was only a few minutes ago by the way as I write this. However when I went to do so, the Tether he gave me also disappeared.

I went back to the orbiter and back to the dojo and still nothing. So the Tether just flat out doesn't appear in my inventory or was eaten up. Please help and please fix DE.
