Volume levels of Kuva Bramma (explosions) way too loud

Cool, but your anecdotal opinion isn’t a definitive fact, and “Just grow up lmao” is an irrelevant ad hominem - this isn’t a maturity-of-players issue, this is a “this-weapon-broke-people’s-headset-speakers” problem. My $150 set has a faint buzzing noise like a distant bee every time sound is coming out of it, and this only happened *after* the kuva bramma was put ingame and teammates started spamming them next to me, since i am a melee player primarily.

Just because you’re in the collective that don’t care, doesn’t mean that the other large majority of players ALSO share your opinion about if it’s fine or not

Haha true... I bet when your eyesight and hearing become weaker it's easier to bear. Glad I still got some years before I'm at your level of perception I guess 😉

I really like how loud it is, I don't even have one but it sounds so badass! I'd be so upset if they nerfed the audio. That could be the biggest nerf imo. They could change the damage to like half , and I'd still consider making it quieter a worse nerf

i do like how loud the bramma is, it gives it the oomph it needs to be enjoyable to use. Now i can go full megumin on my enemies.

I also hate its particle effects, crushes my fps is it doesn't overheat my GPU first.

Lower your particle settings, then?

If this one bow overheats your GPU then it's really high time to upgrade.

I do now. And it's more cause of the heat than the card capacity, I need to fix my cooling.

The sound of the explosions made by this weapon is out of control loud, the default volume levels need to be seriously reduced. It's not bad if you’re using it because the explosions are always 50 meters away from you (if not your probably dead). However, when you're not using it, just being close to an explosion is deafening. All my volume levels are as they have been for years, and I've never had a volume related issue, until this weapon. It damaged the left side speaker on a brand new headset during the first mission I got to experience what it's like being on the recieving end of the Kuva Bramma. Headset still works, but now with an annoying rattle sound coming from the left side during any sound. Until they fix, prob gonna drop group if any player has it equipped.

Another thing to think about- insanely loud sound of the explosions combined with obnoxious blinding particle effects that engulf an entire screen, you now officially have the greatest in-game trolling weapon this side of the star chart…

Thnx.

I respectfully disagree. I think all other weapons sound way too weak.

I'd say reduce brama by like 10%, and align all other guns on that level. But that's just my opinion.

For your headset, it's not on the game. Either it's a very sh#tty headset, or you set it to ungodly loud level. The thing's sound is not high enough to break any decent headset that's not set to max level. Maybe ask for a refund on the headset if it's expensive.

This would be cool because then you could simply slide down the weapon volume as a whole if it's too loud for you. You can't do that if one weapon is extremely loud and the others aren't.

I would love a maximum decibel setting in the settings.
I am a bit hard of hearing and would love to keep my remaining ear cells intact.
