Use a decently accurate Secondary (Arca Scisco would be perfect but e.g. just good ol' Lex will do fine),
maybe bring a CC and / or invis Frame, you can even add a +Zoom Mod, go to the Plains / Vallis, GG.

Meh, this one is cake. Ivara - Plains - any accuracy based secondary. Use the scanner as a spotter for range, use sleep arrow to fix your targets so they can't move, and then keep picking off units until it's done. I saw someone else say it as well, but you can also use something like the Ballistica Prime and navigator as well to cheese it.
