Kuva lich cutscene wont end

First off i wanna say ive got a video capture of this happening but ps4 wont let me upload it (Yes im making this post from a ps4). I got the mods to beat my kuva lich, go to lich occupied territory with a group, my lich spawns we kill it, then cutscene starts and asks whether i want to vanquish or convert the lich i choose to convert it, menu closes and nothing happens but cutscene wont end. However im able to access the chat box so i try the unstuck command still nothing so i tell the rest of the group to extract and 1 minute later mission ends with a FAILED menu all the while still stuck in a cutscene, but the lich was saved as completed and converted got my resources and sent me back to the orbiter except i didnt get the weapon drop for beating the lich which is kind of the point for going through the whole hassle. I hope this can be fixed so others dont have this happening to them.                                                               thank you for your time.
