(XBOX)Yufix4574 Posted February 12, 2020 Posted February 12, 2020 (edited) Regardless of the color of the energy, the rhino roar is always yellow. For this reason I am forced to keep the yellow energy on rhino in order not to disconnect the colors. Edited February 13, 2020 by (XB1)francy x096
PunishedWelfare Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 Changing it is a bad idea. I want to be able to see the buff clearly and recognize it easily. It would also conflict with other effects in the game visible on our frames. And I think the color isn't just random. It's meant to show what it does. As an other example, Trin's energy vampire is blue and well of life is green.

taiiat Posted February 15, 2020 Posted February 15, 2020 Roars' VFX is currently not unique enough for changing it to match Energy Color to be prudent. it would need a new VFX created for it, first.

CopperBezel Posted February 15, 2020 Posted February 15, 2020 Yeah, you can almost make a case for why Oberon's and Sentinels' heals are green or EV is blue based on there being universal colors for those kinds of effects, with the caveat that they are by no means universal. Rhino doesn't have that excuse; the effect is static because he's old, which is not coincidentally true of Trinity and Sentinel healy beams, but it doesn't even match anything in particular.
