Railjack: finding Galleons

So apparently, in railjack, there are some locations which never contain grineer galleons. Has anyone compiled a list of what the specifics are, for which mission type variety shows up in each location?

Also, are there certain "best" systems for finding galleons? (I mean, obviously, some are better than none... but... are some even better? And/or, does anyone have any relevant lists?)

If it is for the blueprints of Pendant and Quellor. for a garanted commander its Kasios rest on Saturne. For a galleon the only one I know so far for a garanted spawn is  Flexa on Veil

These drops are painful.  Nodes with galleons spawn the galleons randomly.  I got my Quil from earth.   I have killed 5-10  other guys across the start chart and nothing...  =(.  

It "feels" like if u find a galleion and just keep repeating the node it keeps showing up.  AKA dont go back to your dojo between trys.  But who knows.  

The one time I did get a BP I wasnt even the one who killed him lol.
