(PSN)FAT_HEAD35 Posted February 13, 2020 Share Posted February 13, 2020 I meet all of the requirements to start the quest, but when I talk to konzu there is no option to start the quest so I cant get to quills. If you're certain you've done all the prerequisites and have not gotten the option with Konzu or directlly with Saya to start the quest, then you'll have to put in a support ticket.
