It's overwhelming bias towards those who never had Primed Chamber or never invested in it. The cards are stacked against me for having this opinion, but it would be nice if dedication to this game was a bit more honored by the developers. There are ways to add Primed Chamber while respecting what it means.

What is there to respect about those people? What dedication? How much actual money did you spent on the game in the last year? How much money did those using stolen credit cards to black market these mods did spend legitimately? Or how will we judge dedication? Since when did blind faith and being a sheeple was a positive human trait in the first place? Fact of the matter is this was meant to come back soon-ish. They sat on it for years. You and the rest of the "hard working" "dedicated" "must be respected" users of the game would not be happy with any form of return of this mod. You also seem to forget that the game is not some thousands of neck-beards fluffing around in a semi-beta semi-worthless game anymore. Warframe is big. And so is the number of its registered-losers. This is the only way to get the mod to a large enough audience without there being exploits/cheating/hacking whatever to be involved. Hell it could be a login reward as well since it does not worth the ducat price. The same goes for all the one time events until now. You can not have a large playerbase and have things people can't have simply by not being part of the game on launch or at a specific time. Since that is absolutely unfair and no sane person will spend their free time on something unfair when there are other choices that aren't like that. Btw bringing back primed excal is also perfectly acceptable these days. The game, when they asked for it did not worth the 200$ or so for the supporter pack. It had no promise, it looked like a general trash tier free to play garbage and that supporter pack was an absolute laughingstock. I say this as a beta tester. I am curious about how many of those 100 who legitimately got this mod still actually play the game. I believe it is very close to 0.

If they put it in an event again, everyone who put a little effort into said event would get primed chamber because they don't do top X events anymore, like look at the last event everyone who got the points got the spectra vandal and glaxion vandal.  They wouldn't be doing top 100 b.s. that I can promise you.  I'm just glad people who want the mod but don't have 5-6 figure plat amounts can get this mod and be done with it.  It still takes some effort to get primed chamber, because 3K ducats is still a lot of ducats for players who don't have everything baro has to offer.  This is only really easy to get for veterans who have ducats stockpiled because they have everything.

You are asking for respect, and yet, you have done nothing to earn it, so right there, you're revealing how conceited you are.

And asking to respect the history of several bytes of data is just so out of touch with reality, you really can't blame people for thinking you're a child.

And if you really feel "dedication" to an in-game item, you should re-think your life. Sorry for being blunt, but that's reality.

In general, neither you, nor the mod deserve respect. You don't, because you throw temper tantrum over this silly topic, and the mod, because it's just a mod.

 

And the bottomline is, the only people actually affected by this are those who would want to flip the mod for ridiculous amounts of platinum. And, hey, as a socialist, the pain of capitalists is my lifeblood.

Please, if you are complaining about losing thousands of dollars worth of plat for a (debatably) useless mod that you knew was going to come back one day, that's your own fault for buying one.

But the people that got it back in that crappy event will always know they had it from there, you can still feel cool about having the mod since aeons ago.. I refuse to count the people who got it through raffles because there is no "earning something" in that, they just got lucky. Everyone buying a mod that's not even that good for upwards of 50k plat or whatever should feel bad for wasting that much plat.

I don't think anyone has an issue with the loss of plat, seems that it's the lost "prestige" of owning a rare mod that is the issue here.. Which really is a bit sad that it matters so much...
