Railjack stealth kills stop working

If you finish a railjack mission and start another right away, without going to the dry dock first, stealth kills won't work. This always happens when I am instrinsic farming with Ivara. First mission all ok. Second mission, I just can't stealth kill anyone after a sleep arrow. No prompt and hitting X near the enemy does not work at all. Happens when I am a client, host and solo.
