PsychedelicSnake Posted October 6, 2013 Posted October 6, 2013 At seemingly random times, Volt's Electric Shield will not charge any of the shots I or my teammates fire through it. Tested to happen on any mission or mission type. I also tested to see if auras had a possibility to have anything to do with it, and the results were the same. Being host or not has no effect either. At this point, it seems to be entirely random.
