i cant shoot any of my guns, my mouse works in other games, and it doesnt work when i bind it to my keyboard

when i try to click to shoot, nothing happens. it only lets me shoot if i click while swinging my sword, or when i exit chat or pause screen. when it does let me shoot it doesnt stop unless i swing my sword again.
