chat is infinitely loading?

it's been few days and chat box is infinitely loading (tried restarting, verifying/optimizing...etc and no I'm not chat banned) and nothing seems to be working. The chat started working like 2 days ago during a mission but after an hour or so, the infinite loading started happening again and it still hasn't been changed....

Maybe go to %localappdata%\Warframe, open EE.log in notepad, and look for "IRC in: ERROR", what does this line says?
